We have built Pixiu’s platform to develop long-term partnerships with our investors and clients and help them with a range of needs, including private equity investments, M&A and restructuring advisory, as well as diversified capital management. 2009
Pixiu’s Corporate Services division is established, providing cross border restructuring, offshore companies set up and bank accounts opening services.
2012
Pixiu’s Real Estate division steps into global real estate investment, real estate consulting service and assets allocation services in China (partners with TL Property Group ) and United States (partners with Companile LLC ).
2014
Pixiu’s Asset Management division is established and launched our first private equity fund. At the same year, it starts to provide customized hedge and private equity fund solutions as well as family office services to investors.
2015
Pixiu launched our first hedge fund. Pixiu launched our second private equity fund. Pixiu launched our first algo fund.

The Pixiu Charitable Foundation
The Pixiu Charitable Foundation was founded with commitments from the Firm’s founders and investors. Influenced by the enterprising heritage of the firm and its founders, The Foundation is directing its resources and utilizing the intellectual capital of the firm to foster entrepreneurship globally.
The Foundation has committed to our Entrepreneurship Initiative to create connected networks, or “ecosystems”, of master coaches in regions across the nation and around the world. Through establishing these ecosystems, we can ultimately build an elite global network of master coaches and entrepreneurial support for aspiring entrepreneurs, and in turn, the high-growth businesses and industries that are most known to spark economic growth.
